Guitars
A friend of mine from work was asking if there are any good guitar blogs. So I'm putting it out to you guys. Do you know of any? He (like myself) is also a Strat player. This is the person who took me to Guitar Center the day after G-ma Peg passed to make sure I wasn't sitting around lamenting. So if you can help it would be much appreciated.
While I do play the Fender almost everyday, I have been toying with the idea of getting an Ibanez hollow-body electric (if you need a frame of reference, think Brian Setzer or Billie Jo Armstrong in the "Wake Me Up When September Ends" video). Possibly a Gibson ES 335 or Epiphone Casino. Price wise you cant go wrong with Ibanez or the Epi, but the Gibson is a work of art. If you know anyone who has any of these, ask 'em which one they prefer. And before Mama 04 chimes in about me getting the best toys, you have the Martin, yes I'm keeping the Strat and my Epi acoustic (That is of course if Mrs. Ronnie will allow me to get anymore this year, it would be my fifth guitar this year and I think her patience is running out).
As far as our friend from the UK is concerned. I'm done with that racist freak. I got him to fly off the handle way too quickly.
Support indie film and keep music dangerous.

i know nothing much about guitars other than the fact that i know a fender isn't in reference to an automobile bumper
my cub, buddhabear, plays both electric and accoustic and writes his own music... although bubba and i bought him both guitars, i have no idea what kind they are... he chose them and that was good enough for us
wish i could help, but alas, i'm at a loss.. good luck!

imbecillin,
I played an esp (LTD) EC-1000. It was nice, but now I'm looking for more resonant tone. Thanks though.
