A friend of mine from work was asking if there are any good guitar blogs. So I'm putting it out to you guys. Do you know of any? He (like myself) is also a Strat player. This is the person who took me to Guitar Center the day after G-ma Peg passed to make sure I wasn't sitting around lamenting. So if you can help it would be much appreciated.

While I do play the Fender almost everyday, I have been toying with the idea of getting an Ibanez hollow-body electric (if you need a frame of reference, think Brian Setzer or Billie Jo Armstrong in the "Wake Me Up When September Ends" video). Possibly a Gibson ES 335 or Epiphone Casino. Price wise you cant go wrong with Ibanez or the Epi, but the Gibson is a work of art. If you know anyone who has any of these, ask 'em which one they prefer. And before Mama 04 chimes in about me getting the best toys, you have the Martin, yes I'm keeping the Strat and my Epi acoustic (That is of course if Mrs. Ronnie will allow me to get anymore this year, it would be my fifth guitar this year and I think her patience is running out).

As far as our friend from the UK is concerned. I'm done with that racist freak. I got him to fly off the handle way too quickly.

This guy said I was whining?!?!?! His blog is funny without meaning to be. I'm not sure if he really is english or just a femme (not a knock against any homosexuals). I noticed he hasn't been back. He's probably waiting for an American to rescue him, it's the english way.

While I normally love the Brits (the Beatles, The Who, The Clash, etc.), This guy is a stereotype of what most Americans think about the Brits. He loves talking about tea and fashion, but I figured out why he wants to go down on Cheney.......he works for the oil companies.

It is amazing to see that the english still have such a high opinion of themselves. So go drink your Old Grey, warm beer, and eat your horrible english cuisine. I'll enjoy the sun, surf, and the freedom to drink ice cold beer from anywhere in the world.

And get the Fuck out of Ireland, Bitch!!!

NFL Pre-season and other observations

The Broncos are showing signs of life this year. Jake Plummer is looking sharp (by the way he is one of us), The defense looks strong and it should be an other AFC west title in the offing. The Kansas City Chiefs should be fined by the NFL for not showing up on Thursday night against the Giants. NY was running vanilla defenses against them and they buckled like a belt. It Good to see Herm Edwards destroying yet another team the way he did the Jets, and thank heaven it's a team Denver plays twice this year.
Another AFC West rival, San Diego, Looked like shit on Friday night. I guess mortgaging your future on Philip Rivers is really going to payoff (NOT). Nice move getting rid of Drew Brees.

On to Adolf "W" Bush; with a federal court stating that wire-tapping US citizens is against the constitution, Der Furher is planning to have Heinrich Gonzales and the "Justice" department appeal the ruling. Watch your emails!!! The men in the black uniforms with the SS on the collar are coming to look at what you do. Sieg Heil!!!

Not Ready to Play Nice

I'm not a country music fan. I do like Johnny Cash, but to me he'll always be old time rock. Nevertheless, I was on the music on demand channel and saw the Dixie Chicks perform "Not Ready to Play Nice" and I was blown away. I have supported them for the way the said "FUCK YOU" to FW and Toby "I screw my sister" Keith. They were able to vocalize what they have gone through over the last 2 years. It got me thinking more about the right wing in the US as compared to the Nazis.

The Nazis threatened anyone who did not think they way they did. The GOP and their cronies do the same thing.

The Nazis spied on people living in Germany. The Bush administration, wants to do the same thing.

The Nazis used a fake radio broadcast to inform the German people of invasion of Germany (by Poland) to start WWII. The Bush administration used Fox "news" Network to say Iraq was involved with the 9-11 attacks (which John Kerry had W admit to during the debates, but like the pussies the DNC has turned into, they didn't put that into ANY TV spots leading up to the election).

The Nazis killed or expelled all intellectuals. Bush says the jury is still out on evolution.

Hitler was not put into power by a majority vote. "W" was not..........

I can go on forever, but I wont. These are just simple arguments that you can make next time a Sean (I'm just another drunk irish cocksucker) Hannity calls democrats Nazis. Even though the name "socialist" was in their name, they were conservatives. The wanted to have total control of every aspect of German life, so they found a way to destroy all civil liberties. Don't fool yourself, the GOP wants to do the same thing.

Henry

Tonight was IFCs season finale of the Henry Rollins Show. In the teeing off segment Henry reminds us not to take our ability to speak or minds for granted. The internet is the last place for opposition to the GOP to fight back. The administration wants to take away our right to speak our minds online. For those of you how think that the press is controlled by the "liberals" thing again. All news outlets are controlled by corporations, these coporations support the GOP.

The internet is our way of saying fuck you to facsim. Especially the GOP.

Henry also got the original Rollins Band back together. Henry, Melvin Gibbs, Chris Haskett and Sim Cain. This was the first time they had worked together since 1997. Since then Henry tried to carry on with a new Rollins Band. Sorry Hank, it didn't work. These $ together lay out such a heavy sound, your mind bleeds. I saw them perform in the early 90's and they kicked major ass. It was good to see them together again.

How about Mel Gibson? Anyone who saw the"Passion" and who has an ounce of sense their heads knew this about Mel...he hates Jews! Every person playing a Jew in that movie was a stereotype. (With the exception of Jesus of course.)
Just a little history about passion plays: They are plays meant to stir up hatred towards Jews. The Germans (like you didn't see that one coming) began putting on passion plays during the time of , and at the behest of Martin Luther. Luther himself was a HUGE (yes, he was fat) anti-semite. Hitler used them used them as away to sell the "final solution" to the German people (not that they didn't already hate the Jews). Mel knew this. He was raised by a man who tells everyone he met that the Jews where to blame for everything. Mel would have been stunning in his SS uniform with one exception..they didn't allow midgets to be in the SS!!!!
Being a 1/4 Jew, as is my sister, and following the Wansee Protocol (If you haven't seen Conspiracy by HBO films you can but on DVD to figure out what I'm talking about) we both would have been "evacuated". My lovley nieces and nephew, would have been sterilized.
So Mel can make all the half-hearted apologies he wants to. I don't buy nor will I buy another ticket to a Mel Gibson movie. Ofcourse I don't see that being a problem now considering he probably won't be able to get funding for anymore films, since the Jews control the money in Hollywood.
